The collection
The Wishing Sky offers symbolic, personalised digital wedding keepsakes: a private wish page, a printable certificate PDF and a personal letter PDF with a wedding-sky page. No physical item is shipped. A wish is not a weather forecast, guarantee, performed ceremony or promise of any real-world outcome.
Development status and ordering
Checkout is currently a development test using WooPayments test mode. Live sales are not open. The proposed €29 collection price is displayed through the journey; the final order summary will show the applicable total before a live purchase is made. The legal seller’s full identity, business address and final commercial information must be completed before launch.
Your personalisation
Check names, spelling, dates, location and the email used at checkout before submitting. Only supply details and material you have permission to use. AI-assisted writing may shape the story and memories you provide. Please review the finished wording and contact us if it needs attention. Sample couples and sample stories are fictional illustrations, not customer testimonials.
Delivery and access
After an eligible successful payment, the collection is generated. The confirmation page can open the private wish automatically, and a ready email provides a return link. Delivery depends on successful generation and mail delivery; no unverified instant-delivery promise is made. Private hosting has an expiry shown on the page. Download and save your own copies. Access links are private; forwarding them can share your wish.
Corrections, cancellations and problems
Contact hello@thewishingsky.com with your order reference if there is a mistake or delivery problem. The shop can correct finished wording and details and rebuild matching PDFs. An email-address correction may invalidate previous links for privacy. No blanket “no refunds on personalised items” term is imposed here.
Mandatory consumer rights apply. Digital content can involve a cancellation period and specific requirements for any request for immediate supply or loss of cancellation rights. No such waiver should be assumed from this draft or from accepting general terms. The live supply and cancellation arrangements need to be finalised before launch. See Delivery & refunds.
Using your keepsakes
You may download and print your purchased keepsakes for personal use and give the intended couple their gift. Do not resell the brand’s templates, copy the site’s design as your own, misuse private access or submit unlawful material. Rights in your supplied personal material remain with their owners.
Privacy and marketing
Read Privacy & your data for processing details. Order and access emails are service communications. Marketing requires its own valid consent arrangement, with unsubscribe available. Before enabling the compulsory free-wish signup proposal, its consent arrangement must be reviewed; these terms do not themselves establish valid marketing consent.
