Digital delivery
The collection is digital. No postage or physical delivery applies. After an eligible successful payment, your letter and PDFs are prepared. The confirmation page opens the private wish when ready and a ready email provides a return link. If an email is missing, check spam and then contact hello@thewishingsky.com with your order reference.
Save your copies
Download both PDFs and save them somewhere you control. The private page shows its hosted expiry. Hosting expiry is different from deletion of order records or backup copies. Automatic expiry reminders are not currently promised.
A name, date or wording needs changing
Email the order reference and the detail to correct. Do not send card details or private access tokens. Corrections can be made to the saved wording and details without automatically running AI again. Where a correction affects the documents, matching PDFs need to be rebuilt. A fresh ready email can then be sent separately. Changing the order email may invalidate earlier access links.
Something does not work
If the collection fails to arrive, a file cannot be opened or the supplied content is materially wrong, contact us so the problem can be investigated and corrected. Applicable rights to a remedy, price reduction or refund are not excluded.
Cancellation and refunds
There is no blanket exclusion of refunds simply because a digital wish is personalised. Digital content and services can have cancellation rights, with specific conditions for immediate supply and any loss of those rights. The final live checkout disclosures and cancellation process must be completed before launch. Until then, checkout remains a test and no live purchase is offered.
